We represent people who have been injured in many ways, including injuries that result from motor vehicle and motor bike accidents, cyclists, workplace injuries, slips and falls, dangerous products, and medical mistakes.

If you have suffered an injury and believe it is someone else's fault, then you probably have a valid personal injury claim. You should contact a qualified personal injury lawyer who will evaluate your case and tell you whether you have a claim.
We invest considerable time and resources in pursuing claims for our clients on a no win no fee basis. We would not take on your case unless we thought you had reasonable prospects of success based on the information you provide to us although we may receive additional information in the course of advancing your claim which may affect our decision to prosecute your claim.

We get paid only if we win your case and you get paid. This is called a "contingent fee" because our fee depends on whether we win your case. If we do not win your case, then we don't get paid. The amount of our fee depends on the type of case it is, and whether the case goes to trial.
Please see our ‘How much will it cost – our fee disclosure to you’ for further information about our fees.

It is hard to give a general answer to this question because it depends on the type and size of your claim.

**Please Note: The strength of your case will be based on how much evidence we can find to support your claim. Sometimes, we can compile evidence on your behalf, such as medical reports and opinions from expert witnesses. But at other times -- like after an auto accident -- the longer you wait, the more likely it is that evidence will disappear. Calling sooner rather than later can improve your chances of success.
